These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kumbio website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Kumbio Inc. (“Kumbio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
4. User Content
You may upload or submit information (such as customer data, appointments, messages, or images) through the Service (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant Kumbio a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

By using Kumbio, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
6. Service Availability and Modifications

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kumbio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may also stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or contacting us for assistance.
